Every Sunday, set aside 30 minutes at night time and ask yourself these questions:

 

 

1. WHAT WENT WELL?

2. WHAT DIDN'T GO WELL?

3. WHAT WILL I CHANGE?

 

 

Be thorough. Be honest.

Take an hour if you feel you need that long. 

 

And enjoy the fruits that come with documenting, measuring, and reflecting on your life.
